MANCHESTER UNITED will let Brazilian full-back Fabio leave the club on loan nextseason.

The 21-year-old defender has made just five Premier League appearances this term. United boss Alex Ferguson said:"I hope that Fabio will develop in the same way as his twin, Rafael. "To help him, he will go out on loan next season to give him concentrated first-team experience. "I have already talked to him and he understands the value of playing regularly at a higher level than we can give him at the moment." Fabio has played 52 times for theRed Devils since he and Rafael moved to Old Trafford from Fluminense in July 2008.
