The equal payment agreement will runs from now till 2027.
So from now till 2027, all international matches involving both genders is expected to receive equal amount of money.
The Wales men's senior team have agreed to a 25% pay cut to enable a 25% rise for the women's team that will mean parity for representing Wales.
Gemma Grainger Wales boss is very happy with the equal pay.
